I found this cool little ebook that was talking about an easy Mind Power Secret that was better than visualization. I have read the little ebook a couple times and I have found the contents to be very effective.
I have no idea who wrote it, but the simple science within it, I find to be true.
This little ebook is about the Law of Attraction. I believe in that law.
My reason for bringing this to you on this forgiveness blog is to help you to use this secret to let go of your hurts and pains.
Tools you will need for Treatment:
- Get poster printed at a print shop
- Permanent Marker
- Cellphone with alarm setting capability
Here is the treatment adaption for Forgiveness:
Get a photo of the person that you want to forgive. (If it’s not a person then get a visual representation of what you want to use the forgiveness treatment for and print on a small poster size paper. *This one requires a little bit of money to go to a print shop, but if you really want to let it go, then it is worth it.*)
Use a marker to use your own handwriting to write the word Forgiven over the picture in large letters.
Hang the photo near your bed where you can see it from where you are sleeping.
Set alarm for about 90 minutes after you fall asleep so you can wake up in deep sleep state. (If it takes you about 10 minutes to fall asleep then you should set the alarm for 100 minutes. If it takes you 20 minutes to fall asleep then you should set the alarm for 110 minutes. You get the picture.)
When the alarm goes off wake up as quick as you can.
Pick up your flashlight and flash the poster on your wall in three quick flashes.
Then simply turn over and return to your sleep.
You must be strict about this process if you want it to work. Do this every night until you manifest the ease of forgiveness in your thoughts. When you think about that person or situation, the sting is a lot less or even non-existent.
