To free the mind, one must realize that the mind has no shackles.
In personal development, spirituality and other such new age modalities, there is a lot of talk about freedom, releasing, letting go and breaking free.
These terms promote the fact that there is some cage that we are all in and we must deliver ourselves from. The whole of my life, I have always wondered if this is the Truth that we all seek?
Freedom from bondage.
The truth: Seeking a freedom that already exists is the bondage itself.
When you read that bolded statement just now, did you feel the truth of it? My hairs stood on end. There was a recognition of that statement in my soul. Did you feel it too?
Let’s “release” this bondage, once and for all, from our lives.
Using the power of Ho’oponopono we can return to the mind that has always been free. This healing modality is a recognition of the state of being of this already free mind.
Instead of reminding us that we are shackled and looking for freedom. Ho’oponopono reminds us that we are love, we are gracious, we are humble, we are healing.
There are four healing phrases that are presented in this ancient Hawaiian Huna.
I AM SORRY – This phrase is our divine recognition of our perpetual humbleness.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME – This phrase recognizes our divine healing nature of self-healing and the ability we have to participate in the healing of others.
I LOVE YOU – This phrase recognizes the loving personality that is within us all.
THANK YOU – This phrase recognizes our truth of graciousness that we breathe and exude to our fellow man.
Repeat for Change
Say these four healing phrases to yourself: I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thank you. Allow these words to wash over you, as you repeat them again and again.
Allow yourself to take in the powerful resonance of each word into your spirit. Feel the words plant deep within you as you repeat them. Realize that the words are not the power. You are the power.
On this blog, there are forgiveness treatments that you can use to once again recognize who you are and your own inherent power. The power that was breathed into your body, mind, and soul by God(dess).
The Ho’oponopono prayers will include the four healing phrases and the reminding statements that health is all yours in the situation that brings you to the prayer.
